The problem

Raju runs a small kirana shop. He writes every bill by hand and often makes mistakes in the totals, especially when the shop is crowded.

Write a program that takes the items a customer bought and prints a correct bill. Above ₹1000 the shop gives a 5% discount, and 5% GST is added on the amount after discount.

Sample input (number of items, then name quantity rate):

Your solution should

01Read the number of items, then name, quantity and rate for each item
02Print one aligned line per item with its amount (quantity × rate)
03Print subtotal, discount, GST and final total with 2 decimal places
04Give 5% discount only when the subtotal is more than ₹1000
05Calculate GST on the amount after discount
06Reject a negative quantity or rate with a clear message
