These terms apply to the website sjnexgen.in and to all services offered by SJ NexGen Technologies ("we", "us"), a proprietorship firm registered as an MSME (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-MH-32-0305272) in Solapur, Maharashtra. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We offer technology workshops and training, online learning programs, community features, and software development services. Details, fees and schedules for each service are shown on the relevant page or shared with you before you pay.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or pay for a service. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must register and pay on your behalf and agree to these terms.
3. Accounts
Where an account is required, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information, especially your name, as it is printed on certificates.
4. Fees and payments
Fees are shown in Indian Rupees. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card or bank details. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Certificates
Certificates of participation or completion are issued only to participants who meet the attendance or completion requirements of the program. Each certificate carries a unique ID that can be verified on our verification page. Our certificates are not a degree, diploma or government qualification. We may revoke a certificate obtained through false information.
6. No job guarantee
Our programs are designed to build skills. We do not guarantee any job, internship, placement, salary or exam result. We never charge a fee for jobs or internships.
7. Content you post
You keep ownership of the solutions, projects and other content you post. By posting, you allow us to display it on our platform and to share it with credit to you for promoting the community. You must only post content that is your own, and you must not post anything that is plagiarised, obscene, defamatory, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that infringes anyone's rights or breaks any law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we act on valid complaints as required by law.
8. Our content
Our name, logo, course material and website content belong to SJ NexGen Technologies. You may use course material for your own learning, but you may not resell or republish it without our written permission.
9. Software projects
Software and website projects are governed by the written proposal, quotation or work order agreed with the client, which takes priority over these general terms.
10. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep our services accurate and available, but they are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solapur, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
